What to expect

Using embodiment practices and hypnosis as well as yoni activation meditations and self love practices, Emma will help you to reconnect to the heart, throat and root chakras.

Embodiment practices are perfect to help aid better sleep, reduce anxiety and help busy women reset after a day juggling the balls of life.

These practices support the central nervous system as well as help women going through peri-menopause. Modern day women are trying to live like men and whilst we are equal, our bodies have different needs.

Embodiments practices are designed to support busy women, women that struggle with heavy and painful periods as well as hormonal imbalances.

This 4 day embodiment practice will help all women from post-natal to menopausal and is perfect for women recovering from recent injury or illness.
