What happens in the session?
The experience is more like am ancient ceremony - a ritual of devotion to you, where you don't have to think you simply experience and allow your body to receive and be recoded using ancient sacred techniques passed down by the feminine keepers - yet forgotten in modern day living.
Each RECODE ceremony is 3.5 to 4 hours of you receiving and clearing - all you do is lay down and experience the most soft, nurturing touch.
We begin with the welcoming ceremony and consent practice, where I share how your NO is as powerful as your yes, and I am completely clear with you about what this work is, so nothing can catch you off guard.
Your voice leads every moment, and my touch simply follows it. The touch doesn't feel transactional and for many women it's the first time they have ever felt so held without an agenda.
You'll receive a full body massage. Then, if you feel ready, you are asked for consent for the YONI RECODE ritual. With each pressure point, different emotions may surface - the perfect moment to rewire a story or belief locked in your body's memory. Afterwards we share refreshments and everything that came up for you. Seven days of voice note support is included.
The thought of a woman touching me feels wrong, and yet everything speaks to me.
I completely understand. Five years ago I would have called this weird, or sexual, or something I would never agree to. Now I know it is my soul's work. As a culture we fear touch because we have been taught to read it as sexual instead of healing, and because the feminine keepers who once cared for women's bodies were killed for it. Of course you feel afraid to say yes. I know many women have never been truly held - we hold everyone else, but who holds us? This work is the nervous system work of the feminine. There is nothing sexual or erotic in it. It is connecting, healing and liberating.
What will I feel during the session?
It is slow. For the first time, nothing is expected of your body. There is nothing for you to learn or perform. You are in full control the entire time, because the whole session moves at the pace of your voice. Expect to cry, to laugh, to feel a rush of oxytocin, to feel clarity, deep self trust and love for yourself.
What will I feel afterwards?
Some women feel tired, with a deep sense of freedom. Others feel so open to receiving that they put an offer out and make sales that same week ... you can be that magnetic in this space. Some want to journal or be in nature. Some sleep. Some go home to the most delightful intimacy of their lives, entirely on their terms.
How long do the effects last?
They stay with you, because from this point on you can always feel when your body braces. That brace becomes feedback: it guides your decisions, your relationships, your intimacy. You begin to ask for what you want, and receive it.
How often would I come?
That depends on your daily life and your devotion to yourself. Some women come once. Others make it a regular six month check in with themselves, the way you would with your dentist. Your pelvic bowl holds the key to your manifestation, pleasure, trust and truth. She deserves at least the care you give your teeth.
What if I don't like it?
You share how you are feeling the whole way through, and I can pause or stop at any time - you're in FULL control. Women often say it's the first time they felt in control of their body and yet at the same time they were fully surrendered in a bliss out state
What if I book the YONI RECODE and don't want it?
That's great! It means you'll have listened to your body - that's the healing part too. Don't worry you want miss out if you choose to say no. You'll still get the Yoni Recode external healing and release as well as a beautiful practise recording at home.
What if I pay for the recode (without Yoni work) and then decide I want to add it in when I arrive?
Emma usually allows time for this as it often happens! However, this will depend on the actual day and Emma's other client bookings. After each treatment Emma sends clients discounted offers so you can always book again at a discounted rate
What if I am bleeding?
This is so beautiful
I welcome you to free bleed on my towels and many women say this feels so natural and releasing and for the first time ever they feel FREE and liberated and not trying to hide their blood. For many it heals the times where they bled on sheets and felt embarrassed, times that their blood came through their trousers, times where partners have been disgusted by the blood or it reframes their story around their first bleed - particularly if it was painful, embarrassing or scary. I usually don't do the YONI RECODE if a client is bleeding however we can still externally massage and RECODE.
